What we collect
When you book or take part in Sonder coaching, we collect information such as your name, email address, and the scheduling and payment details needed to set up your session — handled through our third-party providers Cal.com (scheduling) and PayPal (payment). We do not see or store your card numbers; that information is handled directly by PayPal.
How we use it
We use this information to schedule and run your sessions, keep your coaching continuous across the coordinated coaching team, and communicate with you about your bookings.
How we protect it
We follow HIPAA-aligned data handling practices and never sell or share your information.
Data retention
Information is retained as long as needed to provide coaching and for legitimate business/legal purposes.
Your rights and contact
You can ask us about the information we hold, request corrections, or request deletion where applicable, by emailing hello@thelongestanswer.com.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not currently use any analytics or tracking scripts (for example, no Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager is installed). It uses only essential, non-tracking functionality such as a one-time consent banner. If that changes, this page will be updated to describe it.
