1. Coaching, education and informational support
Sonder provides physician-led coaching, education and informational support for women navigating PMOS (formerly known as PCOS). Sessions are designed to help you understand your own labs, history and options more clearly, and to prepare you for conversations with your own treating clinicians.
2. Not diagnosis, treatment, prescription or emergency care
Sonder does not diagnose, treat, prescribe or provide emergency care. Our coaches do not order tests, interpret results as a clinical diagnosis, or recommend a specific treatment protocol for you individually.
3. No physician–patient relationship
Participating in a Sonder coaching session does not establish a physician–patient relationship between you and any coach, regardless of that coach’s medical training or credentials.
4. Keep working with your own treating professionals
Customers should continue working with their own appropriately licensed treating professionals for diagnosis, treatment and ongoing medical care. Sonder is designed to complement that care, not replace it.
5. Not a substitute for individualized medical advice
Nothing said in a session, on this website, or in any related material is a substitute for individualized medical advice from a licensed clinician who can examine you, review your full history and order appropriate testing.
6. No promised outcome
We do not promise any particular result or health outcome from coaching. What we offer is clearer understanding, better-prepared questions, and support navigating your own care — not a guaranteed clinical result.
7. Individual experiences vary
Every person’s PMOS presentation, history and circumstances are different. Individual experiences and results discussed by past customers, in reviews, or elsewhere are not representative of what any other customer should expect.
8. International training does not imply local medical licensure
Our coaches are internationally trained physicians with real clinical experience. That training and experience do not imply that any coach is licensed to practice medicine in the United States or in any particular customer’s location. In this service, coaches act as educational coaches, not as your treating physician.
9. About reviews and testimonials
Some reviews or testimonials referenced on this site may concern a team member’s previous professional or clinical work and do not necessarily describe participation in a Sonder coaching program.
